Saoirse Mc Caul is a visual artist from Dublin Ireland.She works in sculpture, drawing, painting, textiles, instillation, collage, digital photography and more.She has an interest in found materials and objects and the stories we can find in them through their physicality, production, and history....Especially ones she find on the ground.She enjoys playing with the life cycle of the object and entwining its physical story with an imaginary one.
She is interested in themes around sensory memory, the nervous system, exteroception, tactility, the scientific method, pseudo science, spirituality, particle physics, materiality and non duality.
She would describe her process as one of research through explosive and intuitive making.
